We want you to know how much we appreciated working with you.  When Efrain came out a year ago, then Anthony last week, and Mario this week, they were all so delightful and professional people to work with. Then when we met you, we could see why you had such great employees.  It has been a great experience working with all of you.

Our house is our home and we like to have all its parts functioning properly.  Though it is modest, we enjoy it and take pride in it.  You have helped us to keep it in good shape.

We also thank you for being so reasonable in your fee, and hope you were able to cover all your expenses and still experience some profit for yourself.  We are still trying to adjust to our retirement income.

Your inventory of available tools, such as the radio signal generator used to locate the pipe and the jack hammer sure helped to reduce the effort required to do the job.  Mario, Carlos and the third crew member (my memory isn’t what it use to be) worked diligently the whole day and are a credit to you.  Your willingness to visit the site several times during the day to check on the progress showed you cared and were concerned the job was done correctly. Then your visit the following day and your gift of the plunger was icing on the cake.

Dear Mr. Bottala,

It is with great pleasure that I am writing this letter to you, to highly commend one of your employees, Kevin Muraoka, for his outstanding performance at our rental house located at 2027 Milan Ave.  Kevin performed beyond the call of duty in his dedication and performance in cleaning our drains to our septic tank.  He was very patient and diligent in the performance of his duties.  He performed so admirable that henceforth we will always call Western Supreme Rooter, Inc. when ever our drains need cleaning. Doug Kutruff, our plumber of more than 20 years, recommended your company. We now understand why he did so, after the outstanding performance of Kevin.

Dear Sirs,

I am writing to let you know how please I was by the service on 2/6/06 by one of your plumbing technicians, Mr. Rene Saavendra.

When your bathroom plumbing backs up and you are hoping that the person who shows up to try to resolve that problem will be competent – and then Mr. Saavendra arrives – I could tell from the first several minutes our interaction that he knew what he was doing.

Not only was he able to resolve the problem, which was somewhat difficult because of the “clean-out” location, involving removing the toilet to get to it, but he was also personable and knowledgeable.

These days, when you have service from any provider it is uncertain what type of quality you may receive. (Recently, I have had a major problem dealing with Sear’s service.) So that Mr. Saavendra’s expertise and skill was very welcome.

Please thank him for my wife and myself and place this letter in his personnel file.
